01/05/12- A Little Adventure

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. Romans 8:24-25 NIV

What more to say but i've spent most of my afternoon today on trains or at a platform. I guess some people would call it an adventure but i would call it more finally realising how cityrail is really shittyrail.  Today powerlines died on my train line so basically there were no trains. I guess this is sorta hard to explain cos it involves talk about train lines but in simple form i had to catch the train to one of the major stops chatswood. From there it was a good 30mins of hard decision making about whether to try and catch another train and return back or to wait for my right train which may or maynot ever come. In the end me, mel c and tash caught a different train to another major stop and caught another train back to our stop. Overall it was a tiring very hectic and squishy. Also required a lot of patience which i dont have any of.
After getting home an hour later than normal in my hunger, i decide to make continental four cheeses pasta and sauce instant thingo. So i shove it in the microwave and cook it for 10-12mins but sadly i forgot about how my bowl was too small and i ended up with a mini explosion and dried herbs on a bowl and sauce all over the microwave. After cleaning the mess i started again. It has taken me 3 hours today to get home and eat and i feel so tired from nothing much.
My half cleaned up explosion. Ohh the things you can do with microwaves.
In other news its camp tomorrow (which i am yet to pack for because of course i was stuck on public transport) It shall three days of fun stuff. I dont know if i should say this but anyways the girl i have an awkward problem with, well she cried today apparently cos she thinks im kicking her out of the group. Not much else to say but i have no idea what to do and everyones like i shouldnt talk to her or it'll make it worse. hmmm at least i only have one issue compared to other people.

xx Jo (and Mel)
